The idea: a blind dinner, as a group
Cipher Groups seats you at a table with five people you have never met. No profile to look up beforehand, no conversation to prepare: the surprise is part of the experience.
The group format takes away the pressure of a one-to-one date. The conversation flows, nobody is put on the spot, and everyone can simply be themselves. And every dinner brings new faces.
How a Cipher Groups dinner works
- You pick a time slot that suits you, for example a Thursday or Saturday evening.
- You book your seat for 29 MAD. You pay for your own food and drinks at the café.
- The venue and your group are revealed right before: a real Casablanca café, and the people you will spend the evening with.
- You just show up: 90 minutes of conversation with new people.
Why dinner with strangers works
- Conversation is more natural in a group. There is always someone to keep it going.
- Nobody is judged on a photo. You get to know people through what they say and who they are.
- The setting is real and safe. A real café, verified people, a clear time.
- Zero planning. No need to find a place or coordinate a group: Cipher does it.
Who is it for?
For people aged 18 and over who want to widen their circle in Casablanca: newcomers, people looking to break the routine, singles who would rather meet in real life than swipe. Every table brings together 3 women and 3 men.
Cipher Groups is not necessarily a romantic date: it is first and foremost a moment to meet new people. Friends, or more if it clicks.
How much does it cost?
Booking your seat at a Cipher Groups dinner costs 29 MAD. This reserves your place in the group: food and drinks at the café are not included and are paid there directly. The booking is non-refundable if you don't show up without a valid reason, unless Cipher cancels the event (see our terms of use).
